It the scariest month of the year and time to hear a tale or two. The oral storytellers of the Storytellers Circle of Halifax are ready to scare your socks off! Join us on Friday, October 30th, 2026 from 7:00 to 8:30pm at Evergreen House for thrilling, spine-tingling fun as your spirit guides you from story to story and room to room.
A partnership of the Dartmouth Heritage Museum, the Helen Creighton Folklore Society, and the Storytellers Circle of Halifax.

This event is not suitable for all audiences. It involves animated storytelling and loud noises.
Also due to the spooky nature of the stories, this event is for ages 10 and older.
This event takes place over three stories of Evergreen House House and involves climbing stairs.
Group B begins in the Reference Library.
