Historic Places Days 2026 – Dartmouth History Walking Tour #2!

Historic Places Days Dartmouth History Walking Tour August 22 2026

Due to the incredible popularity of our Historic Places Days Dartmouth History Walking Tour earlier this month, we are going to do it all over again!

Join us on Saturday, August 22nd at 10:30am for our second FREE Dartmouth History Walking Tour of the summer.

Discover some of Dartmouth’s iconic landmarks and historic hidden gems. The tour was planned for the National Trust for Canada’s Historic Places Days initiative, the theme of which was “Communication Through Place and Time”; see how Dartmouth’s historic places help us share ideas, stories, skills, and knowledge across generations!

We do require registration this time so we know what to expect for numbers, and this tour is capped at 30 people. Call or email the Dartmouth Heritage Museum to RSVP – 902-464-2300 or info@dartmouthmuseum.ca, or message us on FB or Instagram to secure your spot. Don’t delay, we expect this to fill up fast!

The Dartmouth Walking Tour is approx. 1 ½ hours (3km), with a washroom & snack break.

Cost: FREE! Registration is required – 902-464-2300 or info@dartmouthmuseum.ca
