Dartmouth Heritage Museum Society (DHMS)

2023 Annual General Meeting (56th AGM)

In accordance with its bylaws, the DHMS 56th AGM will be held on Tuesday 30 May 2023 at 6 PM, venue to be announced, for the following purpose:

To review and approve the minutes of the 2022 AGM;

To receive the report of the Chair;

To receive, consider and approve the financial statements for the fiscal year ending 31 March 2023 (Treasurer);

To receive annual reports from the following:

To elect Directors;

To appoint the Auditor;

To approve revised Bylaws;

To decide a strategy for renewal of the Management & Operating Agreement (MOA) between HRM and the Society, and

To conduct such other transactions as may properly be brought before the Society at the AGM.
