Annual General Meeting

The Dartmouth Heritage Museum Society will be holding its 57th Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, June 18th, 2024 at 6:30pm in the Lower Hall at Christ Church (61 Dundas Street, Dartmouth). To vote, you must be a member in good standing.

The purpose of the AGM is:

To review and approve the minutes of the 2023 AGM;

To receive the report of the Chair;

To receive, consider and approve the financial statements

for the fiscal year ending 31 March 2024(Treasurer);

To receive annual reports from the following:

To elect Directors;

To appoint the Auditor;

To conduct such other transactions as may properly be brought before the Society at the AGM.
